Good relaxed place for small groups to get together over coffee, cake and boardgames. I've enjoyed taking my kids and finding new games, that are not on a screen for once. Bonus points for the mini bite cakes.
Fantastic use for a previously underutilised space, extremely inclusive for LGBTQ and Neurodivergent people. Also has a range of Vegan options and the staff offer great hospitality. And of course they have proper board games, which is always a win, some can even be played for free!
My friend who is gluten and dairy intolerant was able to have a free from version of the meal I was having. This is a first for her! We usually have issues in other cafes etc. ordering a suitable meal for her. Cake or Dice will now be our regular place where we go for lunch. My friend felt normal and not a nuisance having to ask what is in all the food. Very friendly and helpful staff and has a friendly atmosphere.
Excellent lunch spot with lovely staff, delicious paninis and a great tea selection.
The events are great fun too - my daughter loved the kid's D&D!
Been twice and will hopefully go another million times. so relaxed for the kids, staff are friendly, patient and fantastic with allergens.
so many games to choose from, for my 2yr old up to my 31yr old partner.
The town centre has needed somewhere like this for a long long time.

Lovely spot for some board games and tea. Great selection of games and yummy snacks. Even has a spot to keep babies and toddlers busy. Wish I was closer so I could go in more!
Had a fab morning playing games with my 4 year old, they have a great range for all ages, along with tasty snacks at very reasonable price. Will definitely be back!
